What an incredible effort from the boys! They played with passion, pride and determination.

Having said that there were still three areas that I witnessed that were not up to scratch.

1. We still missed tackles (although the effort was there)
2. We dropped too many passes (ball handling was poor)
3. Most importantly, we were very poor at the breakdown. Boys running without support, getting isolated and ball being turned over.

The game see-sawed from one side to the other and a 17-17 draw was probably a fair result. Well done to Alexander Goold, who made a thorough nuisance of himself, and to Daniel Hultén, who performed well under pressure. A special mention also to Joao Caneças who kicked a penalty under pressure to tie the game in the last minute.
